Double-clicking Open in Search opens two Hierarchy windows one filtered, one unfiltered

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy, double-click on the "Open in Search" button
3. Observe the result

Actual results:  Only the first search window has the expected filter applied

Expected results: The two Search Windows have the right filter applied

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6

Not Reproducible with version: 2021.3.55f1

Tested on (OS): macOS 15.6 M4
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
