HelpBox visuals in the "D3D12 Device Filters" and "Vulkan Device Filter" Inspector window are not aligned with the latest style guide

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "Assets" -> "Create" ->"Rendering" -> "Device Filters" ->"D3D12 Device Filter" and "Vulkan Device Filter"
3. Select the asset to view it in the Inspector
4. Expand the "Preferred Graphics Jobs Filters"
5. Observe the displayed help box in the expanded section

Actual results: The help box area is too big. The icon in the help box section is too big too

Expected results: Help box section should be updated to the latest designs

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.1
