How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-140843_UIToolkitChecks” project
2. Open the “TestTranslate” scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Drag the slider left and right
5. Observe the two bars in the Game view
Actual result: The top bar width increases to the right and the bottom one to the left
Expected result: Both top and bottom bars widths increase to the left
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.5f1, 6000.5.0b6, 6000.6.0a3
Reproducible on: macOS 26.4 (M1 Pro)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

- In UI Debugger both bars show the “x” translate value as -100%
- The bottom bar showcases the expected behavior using a workaround
