Wrong region is returned when using “System.Globalization.RegionInfo.CurrentRegion.Name” and “System.Globalization.CultureInfo.CurrentCulture.Name”

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “RegionInfoBug.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the result

Expected result: Current Region is the same as the system's
Actual result: Current Region is “US”

Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4

Reproduced on: macOS 14.2.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
