Reproduction steps:
1. Open users attached project
2. Open Scenes/SampleScene
3. Resize the Game View window

Expected result: UI Toolkit Vector Image is solid and not glitching
Actual result: UI Toolkit Vector Image is glitching

Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.15, 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.31f1), Built-in (2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8)
Could not test with: 2019.4.37f1 (UI Toolkit not supported)
