Broken Fit to Text option for sticky notes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a VFX Graph
2. Create a sticky note.
3. Add a title and some text in the body
4. Use the option Fit to Text" or change the Font-Size which trigger a Fit to text operation.

Actual results: The sticky note is being resized with and gets very long and narrow.

It seems to take care of the horizontal bound but not the Vertical

Expected results: The sticky notes should be properly resized.

Not reproducible on 6000.3.0a4  

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b1

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.44f1
