6.4 ONLY: "Report is from another project" popup warning is shown on domain reload when Project Auditor was previously ran in a different project

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. Open Window → Analysis → Project Auditor
3. Click “Install Rules”
4. Click “Run Analysis” and wait for it to complete
5. Close the project
6. Create a new URP project
7. Create a new MonoBehaviour
8. Wait for domain reload to finish
9. Observe the popup warning

Actual result: "Report is from another project" popup warning is shown in the second project
Expected result: No cross-project popup warning is shown in the second project

Not reproducible with: 2.0.0 (6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.16f1), 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0b9, 6000.6.0a5
