csc.rsp throws CS2001 error when project path contains spaces despite the additionalfile being quoted

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-93665_Saving Test.zip”
2. In the console window search for a "CS2001"
3. Observe the console

Expected result: No error in the console
Actual result: Error in the console

Reproducible in: 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
