Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ENT_Flex_Repro“
2. Open “Assets/OutdoorsScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter Play mode

Expected result: Cube is flying straight down
Actual result: the Cube is flying around enormously in circles

Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.65 (2022.2.15f1, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a10)
Could not test with: 0.17.0-preview.47 (2022.2.15f1, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a10) - MissingReferenceException

Reproducible on: Intel MacOS Ventura 13.1
