Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-project“
2. Open the “Assets/HDRP Anim Desert.unity“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Alternatively:
1. Create a new 3D (HDRP) project
2. Download and import the attached ”Assets.zip” and “ProjectSettings.zip“ into the Assets folder of the Project window
3. Open the “Assets/HDRP Anim Desert.unity“ scene
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: The Console is spammed with errors including “Invalid AABB a“, “Invalid AABB aabb“, and multiple instances of “Assertion failed on expression: ‘IsFinite(distanceForSort)'“, “Assertion failed on expression: ‘IsFinite(distanceAlongView)’“

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1
