"About Unity" window doesn't display complete Editor information after first "Alt" key press

How to reproduce:

1. Open a new Unity project
2. Open the "File → About Unity" window in the menu
3. Press the Alt (Option on macOS) key on the keyboard

Expected result: Full Editor information is displayed
Actual result: Full Editor version information isn't displayed after the first click

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a14, 2022.2.0b2, 2023.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.7f1, 2022.1.10f1, 2022.2.0a13

Reproduced on: macOS 12.3 (Intel)
Not reproduced on: Linux

Note: Unity developers names are also not displayed in the window. In order to display everything, Alt key needs to be pressed multiple times
