Newly created Quality Levels are added to the list when selecting Reset on Quality Settings in Build Profiles

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Open Build Profiles window
3. Click "Add Build Profile" and select macOS or Windows
4. In the created profile, click "Add Settings > Quality Settings"
5. Once added, click on the "+" icon and select "Quality" to open Project Settings
6. Click "Add Quality Level" to add a new level
7. Go back to Build Profiles window
8. Next to "Quality Settings" click on the three dots and select Reset
9. Observe the Quality Settings list

Actual results: The newly created Quality Level gets added to the list

Expected results: Reset button should reset the list to default and not add newly created quality levels

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b3, 6000.6.0a2

Can’t test with versions: 60000.71f1 (custom build profiles not available)

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.3

Notes:

• This creates a confusing UX where "Reset" acts more like a "Sync/Add" function
