Live Subdivision Preview is unstable, depending on camera position

Repro:

Using the attached repro project:

1. Add some geometry to the Scene, with an island between distinct areas. Ensure it is static.
2. Add a global probe volume
3. Navigate to the Rendering Debugger (Analysis > Rendering Debugger)
4. Enable "Display Bricks"
5. Enable "Live Subdivision"

 

Observe:

As the viewport is orbited, the subdivision preview will become unstable. Bricks will appear and disappear in certain camera positions

 

Expected:

The preview of bricks should remain consistent with geometry position, and subdivision preferences.
