Crash on `anonymous namespace'::PrepareTreesAndWriteWindParamsJobData::Execute when entering Play mode on a specific project

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CrashRepro"
2. Enter Play mode
3. If it does not crash exit play mode and repeat step 2 a few times

Expected result: Play mode starts
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b8, 6000.0.18f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.46f1, 2023.3.0b7

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
