Menu sometimes renders empty when using help

Fixed an issue where Editor menus on macOS could render blank and cause the editor to hang.

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results: The menu sometimes renders empty, which caused the editor to freeze (the freeze only happened one time).

Expected results: The menu renders naturally.

Reproducible with versions:
2022.3.32f1
2021.3.39f1

Not reproducible with versions:
6000.0.5f1

Tested on (OS): MacOS (M1) 14.4.1
