Component titles in the tooltips are presented in a code strings instead of human language

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Click the search icon, which is displayed above the "Inspector" window
3. Verify, that the "Search" window becomes opened
4. Click "Toggle Query Builder Mode"
5. Verify, that + becomes visible in the search field
6. Click it and from the list select "Components"
7. In the "Components" list go from one component to another and observe the tooltips

Actual results: Tooltips present component titles not on human language - spaces are missing in the titles which are from few or more words. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: Component titles in the tooltips should be presented in the same view as they are in the list.

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.59f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7
