Searchable context menu instantly closes when attempting to open it

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Open Script Graph window (Window > Visual Scripting > Visual Scripting Graph)
3. Press “Create new Script Graph” button
4. Right-click on empty space in Script Graph window
OR
1. Create a new “3D URP” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Select the “Global Volume” GameObject in the HIerarchy window
4. Press the “Add Override” button in the Inspector window

Expected result: Searchable context menu opens up
Actual result: Searchable context menu opens up for a second and closes

Reproducible with: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a9

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10

• Issue only reproduces with X11, and does not with Wayland
