Search Window text fields have no validation for number of characters entered which leads to Out of memory Errors or Freezes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a "Universal 3D Sample" Project
2. Navigate to Window > Search > New Window
3. Copy and Paste loads of characters into the main Search field
4. Or Copy and Paste loads of characters into the Saved Searches Search field

Actual results: When lots of characters are entered into text field for the Main Search OR the Saved Searches Search the Editor hangs, freezes. UI and out of memory Errors are logged. Editor has to be exited.

Expected results: Text field validation is in place for all text fields in the Window

Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.29f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.4f1

Tested on (OS): macOS Sonoma M1, Windows 11

Errors:
InvalidOperationException: Cannot modify VisualElement hierarchy during layout calculation
OutOfMemoryException: Out of memory
