Six Way Smoke Lit material flickers when APV is in use

How to reproduce:

1. Pull the project from [Internal link]
2. Open Spotlight_Tunnel_Main Scene
3. Focus 6W VFX GO to see it in the Scene View
4. [Optional] If needed rebake the lighting
5. Using Transform gizmos translate it sideways or pan Scene View camera around
6. Observe that lighting conditions applied to material do not really match the environment (material looks like flickering)
