Context menu with the "Revert" option doesn't appear when pressing the right mouse button on a "Vector2" or "Vector3" property in the Inspector of a custom shader

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "repro_IN-90577" project
2. Select the "Assets/BugReportMaterial_Variant.mat" Material Variant
3. In the Inspector, in the “Surface Inputs” dropdown, change the value of the "Float" property
4. Press the right mouse button on the "Float" property name
5. Notice that a context menu appears with the "Revert" option in it
6. Now change the value of the "Vector2" property
7. Press the right mouse button on the "Vector2" property name

Expected result: Context menu with the "Revert" option appears
Actual result: Context menu doesn't appear, making it not possible to revert changes

Reproducible with: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b2

Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Notes:

• On 2021.3.47f1, the context menu doesn’t appear when pressing on any of the properties
• Context menu appears when pressing the right mouse button on the "Vector4" property name
