“3.3.0.37 has a regression: newly created C# files are not added in the project” text is not aligned in the Package help box

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Package Manager (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
3. Select Errors and Warnings tab
4. Click on Jetbrains Rider Editor package and observe the text in help box

Actual result: Text is positioned at the upper part of the help box
Expected result: Text is positioned in the middle of the help box

Reproducible with: 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.6f1, 6000.3.0b3, 6000.4.0a1
Couldn’t reproduce with: 2021.3.56f1, 2022.3.67f1 (No help box in Jetbrains Rider Editor package)
