"Animator Recorder does not have recorded data at given time" thrown when calling Animator.StartRecording(0) for the second time

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "AnimatorRecord.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Wait for the animation to stop

Expected result: no warnings in the Console window
Actual result: a warning is thrown:
"Animator Recorder does not have recorded data at given time"
