Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Universal 3D project
2. Select the "PC_Renderer" Asset in the Project window (Assets > Settings)
3. Click “Add Renderer Feature” button and add "Full Screen Pass Renderer Feature_Old GUID" in the Inspector
4. Add other Renderer Features
5. Undo all added Renderer Features
6. Redo all of the changes
7. Observe the Renderer Features list in the Inspector
Actual result: Some Renderer Features are not re-added while other Renderer Features are restored correctly
Expected result: All previously added Renderer Features are re-added
Reproducible with: 6000.0.42f1, 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.10f1, 6000.5.0b11, 6000.6.0a6
Couldn't reproduce with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.41f1
