"Read more" link in the "In-App Purchasing" settings window is displayed on a wrong side

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "Edit" -> Project Settings" -> In-App Purchasing"
3. Observe the help box section

Actual results: The "Read more" link is displayed on the left side of the box

Expected results: Help box section should be updated according to the latest designs

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.2
