HDRP Memory Leak Error when Entering play mode in asset demo

Steps to repo:

1. Open a HDRP scene in Unity Editor
2. Open package manager
3. Import the "Sunny Land" Asset
4. In the project window open Assets > SunnyLand Artwork > Scenes 
5. Go through and open each demo and enter play mode in each one
6. Observe console after each demo

Expected results: Demo scenes play normally without errors

Actual results: Memory leak error in console 

Issue first introduced in: 2023.1.0a26

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a26, 2023.1.0b1

Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a25, 2023.1.0a23, 2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0a13

Tested on: Windows 11
