Input fields in Search Index Manager shift buttons out of view on long text input

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Create a new Unity Project
2.  Open the Search Index Manager window at (menu: Window > Search > Index Manager)
3.  In the "Roots" or "Exclude" section, enter a long path or text into the input field
4. Observe the button (e.g., choose folder or folder icon) on the right side of the input field

Actual results: The button shifts to the right and goes out of view when long text is entered. There's no horizontal scrollbar, and UI elements are pushed offscreen

Expected results: The input field should handle overflow correctly without pushing other UI elements out of view. i.e. truncate or scroll text inside the field

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.8f1, 6000.2.0b4

Tested on (OS): macOS 15.5
