EnlightenRuntimeManager methods are still called in Play mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any existing Unity project
2. Bake lighting using Progressive Lightmapper
3. Open Profiler window (Window > Analysis)
4. Enter Play mode
5. Navigate to CPU Usage tab
6. Type in EnlightenRuntimeManager into the search field and scrub through the timeline
7. Notice that EnlightenRuntimeManager is still called

Notes:

• EnlightenRuntimeManager is called even when Realtime Global Illumination is disabled
