How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "cloth_issue" project
2. Open The "SampleScene" and select the "dress" GameObject in the Hierarchy window (test > dress)
3. In the Inspector, press the "Edit Cloth Constraints" button under the Cloth component
4. Select "Paint" in the Cloth Constraints window
5. Hover the mouse around the "dress" GameObject in the Scene window and try to paint
Expected result: The brush is visible around the surface of the mesh when hovering over the GameObject, and it is possible to paint
Actual result: The paintable area is offset from the GameObject, making it impossible to paint certain parts of the mesh
