"Show on start" checkbox is too close to the window border and is not aligned with the other elements

How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty HDRP project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> HDRP Wizard
3. Scroll to the bottom of the window
4. Observe the "Show on start" checkbox

Expected results: The checkbox is aligned with the other elements in the window
Actual results: The checkbox is not aligned and is too close to the window border

Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.23f1

Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
