This is the result of testing an extreme use case that should not happen. Users should create less tools than here. Also moving the overlay in a toolbar is fixing this issue. Adding scrolling on such elements would be a new feature that would need support for every toolbar overlay, and that would be a totally new behavior compared to toolbar overlays since 2021.3. We will keep track of that request and try to address it later if possible though.

Steps to reproduce:

Create new Unity project
Import provided “NewMonoBehaviourScript.cs” script to the project
Observe the Scene View

Actual results: Some Creation Tools are unreachable as they are outside of the view and there is no scrolling functionality

Expected results: All Creation Tools are reachable

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a6

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6
