How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-100224-Decal” project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene”
3. Open the “cube” Prefab (Assets > prefab > cube) and click on the “Decal Projector” in its Hierarchy
4. Change the Fade Factor of the decal in the Inspector so it is slightly visible and return to the Scene
5. Observe the result
Expected result: The decal appears as it did in the prefab editor
Actual result: The decal appears more visible
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.2f1, 6000.2.0a10
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
