"Unexpected exception System.DllNotFoundException" error thrown in the Console window when creating a project with 2D (URP) Template

Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Create a project with a 2D (URP) Template
3. Observe the error that appears in the Console window when Editor opens

Expected result: No errors appear in the Console window
Actual result: Error is thrown in the Console window: "Unexpected exception System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load the unmanaged library `/username/projectPath/projectName/Library/BurstCache/JIT/27af437550c885857551626a99ae7380.bundle`

Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15
Could not test with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1 (no 2D (URP) Template in Unity Hub)

Reproducible on: macOS 12.3.1 (Apple M1 Max) Editor
