Steps to reproduce:
- Open the attached "video" project
- Open the "SampleScene"
- Enter Play mode
- In the Hierarchy, select the "Video Player" GameObject
- In the Inspector preview area, open the preview dropdown and select "Video Player"
- Observe the preview playback without moving the mouse
- Move the mouse rapidly over the Editor window
- Observe the preview playback again
Actual results: The Video Player preview appears slowed down or stuttery, but playback becomes noticeably smoother and closer to normal speed while moving the mouse rapidly across Editor
Expected results: The Video plays smoothly matching the video in Game View
Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a4, 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a3
Tested on (OS): macOS 26.4
