Reproduction steps:
Open the attached project
Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
Select the “Global Volume” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
Observe the “Dirt Texture” property area which is located under Volume Component’s Bloom Section in the Inspector window
Expected result: The “Dirt Texture” text is aligned to the left side
Actual result: The “Dirt Texture” text has a lot of left padding, thus it’s floating in the middle
