Steps to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Select any folder in the right tab of the Project window
3. Press the Tab key repeatedly
4. Observe the result
Expected result: The selection jumps back and forth between the "Assets" folder in the left tab, and the selected folder in the right tab
Actual result: Before jumping back to the selected folder in the right tab, an empty item is selected
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.55f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
