How to reproduce:
1. Open the Snapdragon Profiler
2. Open the "IN_33145" project
3. Connect the Android device to the PC
4. Press File → Build Settings and enable "Development Build"
5. Press "Build And Run" (make sure your device is selected in "Run Device")
6. In the Snapdragon Profiler open "System Trace Analysis"
7. In the "Data Source" select "com.DefaultCompany.GMEMLoadStoreTest[12384]"
8. Enable the “Rendering stages” under the “OpenGL ES” option
9. Start capture
Expected result: Depth LoadAction and Depth StoreAction are not loaded
Actual result: Depth LoadAction and Depth StoreAction are loaded
Reproducible with: 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.17f1, 2023.1.0b13, 2023.2.0a12
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.47f1 (hang in Snapdragon Profiler on "Receiving rendering stages data")
Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro
