"Slots have been resynced" messages are thrown on creating the HDRP Sample

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Sample project
2. Observe the Console

Expected results: There are no messages
Actual results: A lot of "Slots have been resynced" messages are thrown

Reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8 (6.0.18, 6.0.11 template versions)

Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
