IAP Catalog window payouts dropdown does not open when clicked on the payouts text while other similar dropdowns open when clicked on the text

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Install the In-App Purchasing package
3. Create a new IAP Button (GameObject > In-App Purchasing > IAP Button)
4. Open the IAP Catalog in the Inspector window
5. Click on the Payouts dropdown text
6. Observe the IAP Catalog window

Actual results: Payouts dropdown is not opened

Expected results: Payouts dropdown is opened

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1

Notes:

• Other dropdowns in the window open when text is clicked
• All dropdowns in the window should have consistent functionality
