Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-133496“ project
2. Build Xcode project and deploy it to an iOS device
3. Connect a USB or Bluetooth mouse to the iOS device
4. Make sure Settings -> Accessibility -> Touch -> AssistiveTouch is enabled
5. In Player, hover the mouse over the ScrollView and use the mouse wheel to scroll through its content
6. Observe the Player
Actual result: ScrollView doesn’t scroll
Expected result: ScrollView content scrolls
Reproducible with: 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.3f1, 6000.5.0b6, 6000.6.0a4
Could not test with: 6000.0.74f1 (the Player crashes)
