FOV input in Camera inspector component doesn't reflect the angle correctly, when typing the value

Repro steps:

• Start a new project with the URP Core template
• To make it easier to notice the camera changes, add a 3d cube to the scene
• In the Sample Scene, select the Main Camera
• Look for the FOV property in the Inspector
• Switch to Game View
• Move the FOV slider until you get to 65, for example
• Notice how the Game View changes
• Try to type the FOV value instead
• Notice it behaves completely differently and the Game View gets distorted
