Light baking failed with error code 5 when attempting to bake lighting via script

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and open attached project ([Internal link])
2. Open SampleScene
3. In the top menu bar, select Bake > Bake active scene

Expected result:

• Bake finishes without errors

Actual result:

• Bake fails with an error (see [Internal link])

Notes:

• Observed in 2023.1.0a21 with LightBaker refactor
• Does not affect PVRRuntimeManager
• Only affects GPU lightmapper; CPU lightmapper is unaffected
• Observed on macOS 10.15.7 using AMD 5500M GPU
• Generate Lighting button works as expected still
