ModelImporter.Import takes a long time when opening a project in batch mode

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ReproProject” project in batch mode with the following Command-line arguments: “[UNITY PATH] -batchmode -projectPath [“ReproProject” PATH] -quit -logFile -”
2. Observe the “[Performance] ModelImporter.Import” line in the terminal

Expected result: ModelImporter.Import total time takes about 2.5s
Actual result: ModelImporter.Import total time is around 9.5s

Reproducible with: 2021.3.22f1, 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.5f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.21f1
Could not test with: 2023.2.0b2 (“[Performance] ModelImporter.Import” line is not reported in the log)

Reproducible on: macOS 14.2.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10, macOS 13.6.3 (Intel)
