Caret in "Add Default Preset" text field is vertically misaligned in Preset Manager

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Edit → Project Settings
3. Select the Preset Manager
4. Click Add Default Preset
5. Use the search field
6. Observe the caret/cursor

Actual results: The caret inside the text field is not vertically centered

Expected results: The caret should be vertically centered in the text field, matching typical text input alignment

Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a20, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0b1

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.66f1, 2023.1.0a19

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6, Ubuntu 22
