Non-existent documentation page is presented when selecting 'Cinemachine Fixed Signal' component's '?' symbol in the Inspector

How to reproduce:

1. Open the ‘betabugs2.zip’ project
2. In the ‘Project' section select ‘Cinemachine Fixed Signal’
3. In the Inspector press the icon '?'
4. Observe the non-existent webpage

Actual result: A non-existent webpage is opened
Expected result: An existing webpage is opened
