Unused Separation Line is present in Scene View options Prefab dropdown Menu

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create any Project
2. Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Right click in Scene View
4. Hover over the "Prefab" section and observe the dropdown menu that appears

Actual results: A separation line is present above the 2 options available

Expected results: No separation line is present

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.9f1, 6000.0.10f1

Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.8f1
