“Name shouldn’t be empty” tooltip doesn’t fit when Profiler window is set to smallest possible size

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Profiler
3. Minimize Profiler window as much as possible
4. Make sure Captures List is open
5. Switch to "Edit Mode", record anything and click "Save”
6. Click on Capture name field to activate Name change
7. Delete Capture name
8. Observe “Name shouldn’t be empty” tooltip

Actual results: “Name shouldn’t be empty” tooltip is cut off

Expected results: Name shouldn’t be empty” tooltip is not cut off

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3
Can’t test with versions: 6000.2.8f1 and lower (No Captures List feature available)

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 22.04, macOS Silicon Tahoe 26.0 (M1)
