Action is not undoable when Creating and setting a New Asset to the Pass Material field in the Full Screen Render Pass Feature

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new URP 3D Project
2. Select the "PC_Renderer" Asset under the Settings Folder
3. In the Inspector click "Add Renderer Feature" and add a "Full Screen Pass Renderer Feature"
4. Expand it's options and click the "New" button dropdown that's on the right of the "Pass Material" field and choose "ShaderGraph Fullscreen" or the option to create it from a Template or the "SRP Blit Shader" option
5. Name the new Asset and press Enter
6. Use your Undo Shortcut

Actual results: Creating a New Asset and Setting it to the "Pass Material" field will not log the Material change as an undoable action, while changing the Material by simply choosing another one that's in the Project does mark it and is undoable

Expected results: Creating and setting a new Asset into the "Pass Material" field marks Material Setting as an undoable action just as just changing the Material from the Project does

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.10f1, 6000.5.0b9, 6000.6.0a6

Cannot test with versions: 6000.0.76f1
