Hide flags of hierarchy nodes not being captured properly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any project and include the attached script to a game object
2. Enter play mode
3. mouse left click  

Expected results: Game objects should disappear in hierarchy

Actual results: Game objects still display in hierarchy

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3&4

Not reproducible with versions:
