Hyperlinks for WaterSystem are broken in the Water Samples

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Island Scene
3. Inspect the Samples Showcase window or select Water Sample Description GO in Inspector
4. Click on the WaterSystem hyperlink

Actual results: Selected hyperlink opens a corresponding manual page

Expected results: Hyperlink redirects to a missing manual page

Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.19f1(16.0.6), 6000.0b15(17.0.3)

Can’t test with versions: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.24f1 (Does not contain Water Samples)

Tested on (OS): macOS 14.4.1
