Blackboard groups context menu are missing standard operations (cut, copy, rename, duplicate, and delete)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open any graph
2. Add a blackboard variable group
3. Right-click on the group

Actual results: cut, copy, rename, duplicate, and delete are all missing, only paste shows up

Expected results: cut, copy, rename, duplicate, and delete are there
